  Yes, you can. In fact a bunch of Super Stanars live Rent-free by referring multiple tenants to Stanar 

• How many tenants can I refer?

  There is no restriction on the number of tenants you can refer. In fact, it is not even compulsory for you to know the tenant in person. Start thinking what will you do with all the extra money!

• I have referred tenants sometime back, but have not received the reward?

  It usually takes 7days for us to transfer the money once the tenant has moved in to the property and completes his 3 months stay period. In case you haven’t received the reward then you can simply write an email to hello@stanar.in

• Explain me about monthly rent cycle?

  Monthly Rent will be payable in advance on or before the 5th (Fifth) day of each English calendar month,  apart from any discounts or promotions offered to the tenant at the time of this Agreement.
